Whether you like your tacos filled with ground beef, chicken, or fish, visit one of the following Mexican restaurants where you can enjoy these choices and more:
The motto at this casual eatery is “Tacos Are the Most Important Meal of the Day.” After many trips and food experiences, Rusty Fenton realized his dream of opening a restaurant in 2010. He wanted a place where guests could enjoy Mexican street-style tacos, house-made salsas, and margaritas in a warm and welcoming environment. The tacos are made using fresh, authentic ingredients, and options include brisket, beef fajita, and Baja shrimp.
Fajita Ranch is known for its rustic Tex-Mex cuisine served in a small border town atmosphere. The Cuellar family opened the restaurant in 1940, and they enjoy welcoming guests into their “ranch home.” Service is always friendly, and the large patio is the perfect place to meet friends for an al fresco dinner. In the kitchen, the cooks prepare traditional family-style meals that are full of flavor. Tacos include grilled fish, brisket, and Tacos Al Carbon.
Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant
Three entrepreneurs opened Abuelo’s in the summer of 1989. Their goal was to create a restaurant that served food at reasonable prices, while at the same time offering guests a place to come together to experience Mexico’s unique flavors and culture. The restaurant is designed as an open-air Mexican courtyard that features modern and traditional decor, and all of the meals are made from scratch. Tacos include tilapia, carnitas, and firecracker shrimp.
